# MyOps

> MyOps is the AI-powered command center for real estate operations: one platform for listings, transactions, finances, team performance, and training, used by individual agents, teams, and brokerages.

MyOps replaces the spreadsheets, group texts, and scattered tools a real estate team normally runs on. It was built from the operating systems of one of the largest real estate teams in the United States by founders Jonathan Spears and Maria Coukoulis, then turned into software. The web app lives at https://app.myops.ai; this site is the marketing and content home.

What it includes:

- MyTeam: a real-time dashboard with sales volume, units sold, expenses, and profit, plus an Agent Leaderboard and MyEssentials (team notes, vendor lists, passwords).
- MySystems: ready-made business workflows for listings, contract forms, finances, open houses, and buyer needs, so the business runs the same no matter who is working.
- Maria AI: the built-in assistant. Ask for sales volume, expenses, agent production, or deal progress and get answers in seconds; Maria also keeps property details, gate codes, vendor contacts, and access instructions on hand.
- MyClassroom: training videos, scripts, and playbooks in one hub, so new hires ramp on the same systems the best agents already use.
- MyOps Mobile: iOS app on the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/myops/id6751596851) and Android app on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.myops.app) with listings, leaderboards, financials, and Maria.
