About MyOps
What is MyOps?
MyOps is a real estate team operations platform that serves as the single source of truth for a team's business data. It centralizes listings, contracts, commissions, expenses, agent earnings, vendors, and documents in one place, with an AI assistant on top so a team can retrieve anything in seconds. MyOps is built for principal-led real estate teams, not for single agents or brokerage compliance.
Who is MyOps for?
MyOps is built for principal-led real estate teams that already run like a business, usually teams with an operator or assistant managing the back end. The team lead gets a clear view of what the team earns, the operator gets one system instead of many spreadsheets, and every agent can see their own numbers.
Is MyOps a CRM?
No, MyOps is not a CRM. MyOps is the system a real estate team runs on after a client is acquired: the listing, the contract, the commission, and the financials around each deal. Teams keep their existing CRM for lead capture and nurture and use MyOps for operations and financial truth.
Does MyOps work on mobile?
Yes. MyOps has a mobile app built for agents in the field, so they can ask the AI for access instructions, floor plans, commissions, and documents without calling the office. The desktop version is built for the operator who runs the business day to day.
How MyOps compares
How is MyOps different from brokerage's tools?
Brokerage tools are built for compliance and getting agents paid, not for showing a team the health of its business. MyOps separates what a team lead earns individually from what they earn off their agents, produces a real profit and loss, and gives every agent visibility into their own performance. It is the operational and financial layer a team owns on top of the brokerage.
How is MyOps different from Sisu?
Sisu is built primarily for larger teams and brokerage networks and focuses on performance tracking and accountability. MyOps is built for principal-led teams and centers on operations, financial truth, and an AI assistant over the team's own data, and it stays brokerage-agnostic.
Does MyOps replace spreadsheets, Monday, or Asana?
Yes. MyOps replaces the spreadsheets, Google Drive folders, and generic project tools that real estate teams stitch together, because those were never built for real estate operations or commission tracking. It brings listings, contracts, financials, vendors, and documents into one system designed for how teams actually work.
Does MyOps connect to my CRM like Follow Up Boss or Pipedrive?
MyOps is designed to run alongside a CRM rather than replace it, and deeper CRM connections are on the roadmap. The CRM keeps owning lead capture and nurture, while MyOps owns the operational and financial workflow once a client is acquired.
Does MyOps replace QuickBooks?
It depends on how a team uses QuickBooks. MyOps connects to bank accounts and cards through Plaid, categorizes expenses, and produces a living profit and loss you can export at any time. Teams that run payroll and full bookkeeping usually keep QuickBooks, while teams that mainly want the financial health of their real estate business often find MyOps covers it in a format built for the industry. We are currently looking at a potential integration but need to shape specifically how that could look.
Does MyOps connect to the MLS?
Not yet. MLS auto-fill on new listings is one of the most requested features on the MyOps roadmap. Every MLS is structured differently, so MyOps is building it to hold up across markets rather than shipping something that only works in one.
Owning your data
Why should my real estate data live outside my brokerage?
Because a team's data is a business asset that should move with the team, not stay locked inside a brokerage platform. As brokerages consolidate, agents increasingly want their operating history with a neutral third party. With MyOps, if a team changes brokerages, its listings, financials, vendors, and history come with it intact.
Can I sell my real estate business if my data is in MyOps?
Yes, and it is one reason teams adopt MyOps. A real estate team is a sellable asset, and it is far easier to value or hand off when the operational and financial history lives in one organized place instead of scattered across brokerage tools you cannot export cleanly.
What happens to my data if I leave MyOps?
The data belongs to the team. Data ownership is the founding principle of MyOps.
Financials and reporting
How does MyOps track team finances?
MyOps recognizes that a team lead runs two businesses at once: their own production and the earnings from their agents. It keeps those separate, giving a full profit and loss for the team and a separate one for the lead's individual business, plus earnings by agent, income by lead source, and pending volume.
Can I see how much each agent earns me?
Yes. MyOps shows, down to the dollar, what a team lead earns off each agent, what the agent earned, what went to the brokerage, and what share of sales it took to get there. That turns recruiting, coaching, and retention into data-backed decisions.
Does MyOps track referrals?
MyOps captures inbound referrals in the contract workflow so they flow into a team's financials. Dedicated outbound referral tracking, with its own reporting so referral volume stays separate from production, is in active development with referral-heavy teams.
The AI assistant
What can the MyOps AI assistant do?
The MyOps AI assistant, named Maria, is a chat interface for a team's business data. Agents can ask for access instructions, a compensation agreement, a floor plan, a rental projection, a vendor, or a commission, by voice or text, and get answers pulled from the team's own data in seconds. It works because the data lives in MyOps, so the more a team loads, the more useful it becomes.
Is MyOps just an AI tool?
No. MyOps is an operating system for a real estate team, and the AI is the layer that makes the underlying data instantly accessible. The lasting value is the single source of truth, and the AI is what makes it effortless to use.
Getting started
How hard is it to get my data into MyOps?
Getting set up is guided. MyOps helps a team load its initial data and then onboards the agents. Today, listings and contracts are entered through simple forms, and AI-assisted import is coming to make bringing in historical data much faster. Teams that load their data tend to stay, so onboarding is a hands-on part of the process.
Will my agents actually use MyOps?
Agents adopt MyOps because it works in their favor. The leaderboard creates healthy competition, and for the first time each agent sees their own profit and loss and runs like a business owner. On the operator side, the AI answers the repetitive questions agents used to ask by phone.
Can a single agent use MyOps?
Yes. MyOps is built for teams, but individual agents run on it too, including an owner who is also actively producing.
Access, security, and pricing
Who on my team can see what in MyOps?
MyOps has four roles: owner, global admin, admin, and agent. Agents see their own financials and the team's shared operational data but not other agents' earnings, admins see operations without the financial detail, and owners control what each person can access.
Is my data secure in MyOps?
MyOps uses encrypted connections and a role-based permission system that controls exactly what each person on a team can and cannot see, from the owner down to an individual agent. Protecting customer data is an ongoing priority as MyOps grows.
How much does MyOps cost?
MyOps pricing is based on the size of your team, and every plan starts with a free trial. See the MyOps pricing page for current plans.
