As part of the Site and in our Services, we use artificial intelligence ("AI") and this AI may collect and/or process data ("AI Tools"). This may involve the use of third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI and Anthropic) to process data. This Privacy Policy governs the presence and use of AI Tools in our Site and in our Services. The Terms also governs the presence and use of AI Tools in our Site and in our Services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Site and/or Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Site and/or Services, including but not limited to real estate agents, brokers, business owners, administrators, and any clients whose information may be entered into the Site and/or Services by authorized users.

If you are accessing and/or using our Site and/or Services for an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and you agree that "you", and "your", and "yourself" as used in these Terms includes both you personally and the entity you represent. If you are accessing our Site and/or Services on behalf of only yourself as an individual, then you agree that "you", and "your", and "yourself" as used in these Terms includes only you personally as an individual. Unless otherwise specifically stated in these Terms, these Terms apply to third-party businesses, individual consumers, and all others that access and/or use the Site and/or the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and us. By accessing and using the Site and/or the Services (including, but not limited to the AI Tools) you represent and agree that: (i) you have read and familiarized yourself with these Terms; (ii) you understand these Terms, and (iii) you are bound by these Terms. If you do not accept and agree to all of these Terms, then you MUST NOT access and/or use this Site and/or our Services and/or AI Tools.
2. Information We Collect

2.4 Property and Transaction Data
In the course of providing Services related to our real estate management services, we collect:

Users may input information about their clients and other third parties including, but not limited to:

- Vendor and service provider contact information
- Calendar event attendee information

2.7 Bank Account Integration (Plaid)
If you choose to connect your bank account through our Plaid integration, we may access:

This data is used to help categorize expenses and provide financial insights. You can disconnect your bank account at any time through your account settings.
2.8 AI Tools, AI Assistant and Chat Data
When you interact with our AI Tools including, but not limited to our AI assistant (MyAI), we collect and process:
- All messages and queries you send to the AI Tools
- AI-generated responses and conversation history
- Your feedback and ratings on responses from the AI Tools
- Session identifiers and conversation metadata
- Token usage and processing costs
- Response latency and performance metrics
- Database queries executed on your behalf

Important: Your conversations using the AI Tools are processed by OpenAI's API. By using our AI Tools and features, you acknowledge that your queries and relevant business context are sent to OpenAI for processing. 2.9 Usage and Technical Information
We automatically collect detailed information about your use of our Site and/or Service:

These embeddings enable features like semantic search and contextual AI Tools responses.

We track your communication preferences including:

- In-app notification preferences

- Team member notification relationships

Information is shared among users within the same business account based on role permissions. Owners and administrators can access data for all team members within their organization.
Platform Administrators
MyOps platform administrators (super admins) have access to business data for support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance purposes. Administrators may impersonate user accounts for support purposes, and such access is logged in our audit system.
With Your Consent
We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform. All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. These include:
- OpenAI: Powers our AI assistant (MyAI) features
- Anthropic: AI processing and data analysis
- Plaid: Bank account connection and transaction import
- Stax Payments: Payment processing and subscription billing
- Google Maps: Address verification and mapping features
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure and file storage

14. Do Not Track
Currently, various browsers offer a "do not track" or "DNT" option that relies on technology known as a DNT header which sends a signal to the websites or apps visited by the user about the user's browsers DNT preference setting. We do not currently commit to responding to browser's DNT preference across the Site and/or our Services because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user intent. We take privacy and choices regarding privacy seriously and will make efforts to continue to monitor the development around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard for DNT.
